Ingredients: Small White (Navy), Soya Beans, Garbonzo Beans, Pinto Beans, Kidney Beans, Green Whole Peas, Whole Corn

Ingredients: Azuki Beans, Green Peas, Lentil Beans, Red Lentil Beans, Yellow Split Peas, Sprouting Barley, Red Wheat

Instructions: Place one part dry ingredient and three parts water in large pan. Soak 4-8 hrs. Rinse and cover with water again. Cook on low heat for one hour. Alternative method is to place one part dry ingredient and three parts water in a slow cooker. Using the low setting, cook over night or at least eight hours. Drain and let cool befor serving to birds. Any exess can be refrigerated for up to two days.

Instructions: Place one part dry ingredient and two parts water in a container and soak 4-8 hrs. Pour into a strainer and rinse well. Leave the mix in the strainer for 1-2 days rinsing at least once per day. Serve alone or mixed with chopped vegetables. Any excess can be refrigerated for up to three days
